2021/2022 Membership Application Form

Simply print the Application Form, complete your details and send to Dave Oddie with the relevant fees.

Players (Casual): £75 (plus £10 match fees per game)

Players paying up front: £150 (no match fees)

Players paying by Standing Order: £170 (no match fees)

Student Players: £30 (plus £5 per game)

Non-Players: £70

VPs: Donation (Minimum £70)
VPs: If you haven’t already done so please also Click here >>> and complete a Gift Aid Form.
This will enable the Club to claim back tax at the basic rate on all current and future donations. 

Life Members: Donation

Mini & Youth Upgrades: £35
