  1. To note attendance and receive any apologies
  2. To note and approve minutes of previous AGM
  3. To receive reports from Wimborne RFC Chairman and M&Y Chair
  4. To receive report from Wimborne RFC Treasurer for year ending June 2025 along with an up date on accounts to end of May 2026
  5. To elect officers to serve on the Management Committee for the coming year.
  6. To elect any new Vice Presidents and/or Life Members
  7. To receive an update on the potential move to Quarterjack Park
  8. To hear any other business

Note: Any nominations for persons to serve on the management committee should be submitted to the club secretary.

Any other business requests should also be submitted to the club secretary.

These submissions must be submitted by 12.00pm midnight on Sunday 7th June in accordance with the club rules.
