The meeting will be held at the Clubhouse, however, the numberof people being allowed to attend in person is limited in accordance with Governmentguidance. The meeting will also be broadcast online. 1. To note attendance and receive any apologies
2. To note minutes from the previous AGM.
3. To receive and approve reports from the Wimborne RFC Management Committee and the Mini & Youth Chairman.
4. To receive and approve reports from the Wimborne RFC Treasurer for year ending June 2019 and the last trading year 2019/20
5. Update on club relocation.
6. To elect officers to serve on the Management Committee for the coming year.
   1.  Nominations for officers need to besubmitted to the Hon. Secretary via email seven days before the AGM.
7. Approval of amendment to clubs rules dated 2009.
   1. · Questions / objections need to besubmitted to the Hon. Secretary via email seven days before the AGM.
8. To elect any new Vice Presidents and/or Life members
9. To hear Any Other Business 
   1. Any other Business should be submitted tothe Hon. Secretary via email seven days before the AGM.
